Identifying required licenses and procedures

Based on your SDS and actual operations, we check the 2025 Law on Chemicals and its implementing regulations and list exactly which licenses and procedures apply, such as:

  • Certificate of eligibility to produce or trade conditional chemicals
  • License to produce or trade specially controlled chemicals (groups 1 and 2)
  • Import chemical declaration
  • Chemical incident prevention and response measures or plan
  • Chemical classification, labelling and Vietnamese SDS

SDS translation into Vietnamese

We translate foreign manufacturers' Safety Data Sheets (SDS) into Vietnamese with all 16 required sections, and review and update the translation whenever the original SDS changes.

Preparing chemical incident prevention & response measures

We determine whether you need measures (Biện pháp) or a plan (Kế hoạch), prepare the measures and support you until they are issued. If a plan is mandatory, we introduce a consulting firm holding the appropriate licence.

Chemical safety and compliance training

We organise periodic chemical safety training for your staff with our partner training provider, train employees on regulatory compliance and guide them through chemical reporting to the authorities.
